Joli bungalow mais mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Joli bungalow face à la mer mais le mien était trop près de la réception et restaurant avec du bruit de 7h à plus de 23h. L'état général semble correct au premier abord mais après 5 minutes : la télé ne fonctionne pas, la clim n'a plus de télécommande et le lavabo est bouché. Le staff ne semble pas réactif aux soucis des clients.

No hot water with garden view delux bungalows

We booked a delux garden view bungalow with air conditioning. However, these bungalows do not come with hot water. This was not mentioned in their room description and they have used outside photographs from another hotel on the island.

Inte så kul att bo på

Sarasea har ett bra läge med trevlig personal som pratade bra engelska. Rummet var inte riktigt tätt så insekter kan komma in väldigt lätt och spindelväv och spindlar fanns överallt i taket. Under sängarna har dom inte ens brytt sig om att lägga ett heltäckande golv utan har bara plankor med stort mellanrum där man kan se ner i ett utrymme där råttor och insekter har en fristad. Det drog ner hela rummet. Vi sov under insektsnätet hela vistelsen.

What a beautiful beach!

The Sarasea is located in a perfect spot on the beach! The bar is lovely, however the staff speak very little English and got our orders significantly wrong. Our hut was spacious enough, the TV didn’t work and their seemed to be a fume smell coming in from under the floorboards. We were located just behind the bar kitchen next to fuel canisters. They burn lots of diesel, LPG etc in Cambodia, and just burn lots in general, the pollution and fumes are prevalent but I didn’t expect this on such a beautiful island. I’d also love for someone to organise a beach clean on Lazy Beach!! If there had been anything of the sort whilst I was there, then I would have helped! Lazy beach for sunset was beautiful but it was hard to ignore the insane amount of litter! This is probably the most beautiful island that I have ever been to and I so hope that the people who live there appreciate this and do more to protect it now!

Fantastiskt bra boende! Bra läge på stranden, hjälpsam och trevlig personal! Vi bokade en bungalow och den var så fin. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta stället! Maten i restaurangen var också någon av de bästa på stranden enligt oss.

Hostel standard bungalows

Mixed feelings. This is more like hostel standard instead of resort. Bungalows are ok, but small holes on the wall and floor all over doesn't give good impression and let's all bugs and mosquitoes come in. Cold showers only available. Crew is mostly very nice but they don't know what they are doing. Mistakes with reservation and they are very slow to solve these. And restaurant. Well, mistakes continues there. Food itself was good, we ate there only twice as you will get same food with better service and price from other places. They make mistakes even with simple orders and you need to correct them many times. Asking my money change back after 15 minutes from payment was too much for me and made that time our last in that restaurant. All over: location is great, near to piers where ferries comes and they have boat transportation available. Bungalows are ok, don't wait more than hostel standard with cold shower.
