The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The staff was kind and the hotel manager was really helpful with arranging transportation and assisting us when we left a medication behind in the fridge! Location is great- just a quick walk down the hill to town, which felt great after a big Greek dinner. Thank you so much!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nival. The entire team was exceptional, especially the management, front desk staff and drivers. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about Sifnos, and they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was a perfect place to relax, and our room was clean, comfortable and functional with a fantastic shower. One of our favourite parts of staying here was waking up each morning and taking the easy walk into Apollonia. The hotel also offers a complimentary car service to pick up and drop off guests anywhere on the island, which made exploring Sifnos so much easier than relying on the limited taxi service. They also have a convenient laundry service through a local partner, which was a great bonus during our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Nival again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well located base to explore Sifnos. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

Nice property with great pool

Beautiful property with great pool and view. Path to walk to town is a bit dodgy at first but gets better afterwards. We had requested transportation to the hotel and never got a reply, and taxis are scarce so that wasn’t great. One day our room wasn’t serviced but overall was a great stay and staff were friendly.

Highly recommend

The stay was absolutely perfect. The facilities were very nice, especially the pool and restaurant areas. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to every tiny detail. They even offered potential ideas when exploring Sifnos. 10/10 would recommend if you are planning to stay in Sifnos. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, great restaurant

Overall had a lovely stay. The room (deluxe double) was comfortable and a decent size. Bathroom clean. Nice balcony with view of the city. It’s a ten minute walk down to the town (steepish walk back). Staff super friendly and helpful. Got lots of recommendations on where to eat, visit etc. The hotel restaurant is very good - our lunch and two dinners there among the best food we had here in Sifnos and Athens. Drinks a little pricey. We were there very end of September and so there was limited availability on some things (e.g. no red wine, even though there was plenty in all the supermarkets around…). Transfer to and from the port was expensive I thought. Pool was lovely. The hotel restaurant had a wasps nest I think - so all the wasps buzzing about from morning to evening in the restaurant made it uncomfortable for me. But this didn’t seem to bother others. Aside from that though we enjoyed our time here.

We stayed in villa 23 , beautiful spacious and clean room, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even offer car service to Kastro and the port. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the village and breakfast buffet included. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We were extremely disappointed. We spent a significant amount of $ for our stay - approximately $2,000 for 3 nights - and yet, we were treated as if we had to stay within a certain budget. For example, we were only provided with a total of 2 bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. I left a note for additional towels and I was not given any. When I called and requested additional towels, someone came to drop them off but then asked for the towels I already had back. When I said I needed them, they insisted. We were only given one shampoo and a shower gel. We noticed they were refilled instead of giving us new ones and it was very bizarre. We noticed that even the mini jam jars were refilled, sticky, and had been used. The experience was just a major turn off. They even had 2 vans on the property but would not offer transfers. I could have easily stayed at another hotel and not felt so uncomfortable. I don't think I was even given the right room for what I paid but it got to the point where you realized your requests would get you nowhere.
