Location was great, property layout was good, but there is no bathroom on the main floor, which is a bit frustrating when you are in the pool and need the facilities. Kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels in the linen closet and they had a ton of beach toys, chairs, wagons in the garage which is nice. The beach is close, but its a long hike in the sand if you're carrying stuff, so use those carts. Sliders in the main living area need some blinds because that afternoon sun is HOT and BRIGHT! Some basic maintenance is needed throughout the property.
