The staff were all nice, the indoor pool and hot tub were fabulous! I requested a rollaway for my granddaughter and it was in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was good too! Would definitely stay here again 😎🌵

Not a bad place but the beds were not very comfortable. The pool was nice but needed a little cleaning. Daily room cleaning was nice. Breakfast was awesome and had great choices.

There were a bunch of little hairs left around the bathroom. Everything looked and smelled old. The room and hotel in general had a weird smell. The hotel seem to have the potential to be clean enough to stay there. However, my room was not and it made me uncomfortable.

Five star hotel at a moderate price

Outstanding stay! This moderately priced hotel delivers five star service and amenities. The staff was polite and efficient. Rooms were clean and appointed with extras to make the stay comfortable. Two desks in the spacious room, extra toiletries, plenty of plush towels, clean linens, and comfortable beds. The indoor pool and hot tub were welcome after a day exploring Bisbee in the snow! The included breakfast was the best we have had..biscuits, omelettes, fresh fruit, huge assortment of choices, and good coffee!

Comfortable nothing noteworthy

Overall, our stay was OK. The room was comfortable. However, the closet had an odd design and lacked lighting, and the carpet needed to be replaced. We were less than thrilled to learn that we needed to pay an additional $75 pet fee, as the information in our online booking did not make this clear.

The smallest Hampton inn we have ever stayed. Old hotel not so clean The receptionist was very nice. Breakfast till 0900 and at 0900 the lady shut it down. Pls see pictures

Hampton Inn Sierra Vista was a good but not great. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the staff was supportive and professional. I have to deduct points on the bed, shower and breakfast. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and my shower leaked into the room below preventing me from showering for the morning. And the breakfast was just short of average with their coffee being the worst. I’ll probably come back as they are located close to relatives.

The staff was amazingly kind, everybody was friendly! Alex checked me in, he wasn't at the desk when I arrived, there was a sign but once he came back it was a speedy check in. He unlocked the EV charger for me and told me to just let him know when I was done so he could lock it up again. Breakfast was the standard: waffles, oatmeal and cereal. The room is semi outdated, the curtains have me grandma vibes and there was no closet which was weird. The bed was firm but comfy, found a stain on the sheets but no biggy. The shower could use an update, the handle on the sliding door was broken. Otherwise, this is a nice place but a bit overpriced for the area in my opinion.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The elevator floor was filthy and the actual elevator door was all scratched up it looked terrible and the elevator also made a horrible sound, not very trustworthy. Our bathroom toilet was very stained, looked terrible. Just overall feeling of old and outdated. Staff was ok
