Staff very helpful, hotel was fine but very dated. The bathroom felt a little bit grubby. Had a few issues with the keys which were eventually solved, but no major problems. Good location, near to a major bus stop to go into central Siena. It’s worth noting that buses are quite unreliable in the evening so you may have to get a taxi back to the hotel (10-12 euros ish).

I was pleased by the efficiency of the staff at check-in and check-out. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with instructions and indications, and the rooms were brilliant. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast with well balanced choice.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff, lovely idea a free self-service Coffee Buffet in the hall , the choice of juices, different kinds of teas, sweet cakes at the disposition of he guests any time of the day. Good general impression. Green garden and neatly cut lawns surround the property, very quiet even though not far from the road. Big private parking is available for the guests with all types of vehicles, even the electric ones, since there is even an electric plug for charging.

Location is close to the center of Siena. There is a public bus available every half an hour to Siena. There are also bars and restaurants in the area of the hotel. The rooms are very quiet and comfy with good airconditioning. Big private parking is very safe.

Friendly helpful staff, clean quiet comfortable rooms with extra pillows in the wardrobe, good wifi signal everywhere in the hotel as well as in the room. Lovely garden surrounds the hotel. It did take a bit to check in, but once I did I could enjoy my stay in Siena completely. The room was clean, and tidy and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The perfect night. Great shower, good wi-fi and a very comfortable bed. All I could ask for.
