Beautiful hotel set on a quieter road but within five minutes walk of pub Street and all the restaurants and bars. The pool area was a little paradise with lots of shade from trees and nature all around. Breakfast was delicious and the price of the room very reasonable. We managed to get a connecting room which was huge and beautifully designed which was ideal as we were travelling with two teenagers.

When we booked our room it was offered as with garden view, we got room #10 and the only view from the balcony is a white wall. This room is so far from the main area that is very difficult to have stable WIFI. The TV wasn’t working and the electronic safe wasn’t working with the code so we had to carry the safe’s key with us all the time. Very young and inexperienced staff, they were very kind and tried to be helpful but definitely they need proper training. The food at the restaurant is terrible. The hotel is located in an area where you can walk to pub street and the night market which is a plus. The hotel offers tours and they do a good job booking them for you.

Large rooms and great location

Nice enough rooms in great location. Tv wasn’t working which hotel knew but didn’t advise us. They did fix it though once I told them. Breakfast is basic but nice enough. Would stay here again for the price as the rooms were large and the pool was nice.

During our trip we have a stayed at one or two 5 star hotel but the customer service at this hotel is second to none ! What a lovely hotel , all amenities available in a tranquil setting . It is also well located being a short stroll to the market and center of town . Well recommended

Staff was friendly and great location to pub street and lots of restaurants. The only con (which was no fault of the hotel) tv was not working due to construction nearby, but the staff was able to provide android tv box to use. The wifi was not great and wifi may not be important for other travelers, but we needed it to do work and we believe because tv was not working, maybe everyone was streaming and created wifi issues so this could be a one off situation. Overall great hotel and hospitality.

Great family stay for 4 nights - staff went above and beyond - airport pickup, Angkor Wat visit and Phare Circus was exceptionel. Big thanks to Vibo and mr. Tops for great tuk-tuk service!! Spacious rooms, beautiful decor, pool and tranquil ambience. Recommend!

Beautiful Oasis 100/10

Part of me wants to not give this an amazing review so I can guarantee I’d always get a room! This hotel is beautiful, the pool is just lovely, the food and drinks are really good and the room is so comfortable. It’s in a great location to walk around Siem Reap and close to everything but also very quiet and peaceful with no noise at night. Vireak, Mey, Menghour and Lyhour are very very good and lovely people. My only regret with booking it is it’s so nice I didn’t want to leave! It’s a beautiful little boutique. Everyone in Siem Reap is so pleasant, the taxi drivers are very honest and kind, the locals are very lovely and I felt safer in Siem Reap than I do back in the Uk. I’m putting this hotel on my list to come back to with friends next year. I regret not staying for a few more days. Only recommendation is to add a wake up call for those going to Angkor Wat sunrise.

Beautiful oasis close to the centre of Siem Reap. Rooms are outstanding. Check in was friendly and the towel and ginger drink upon arrival was a great touch. The room was large spacious and clean. Swimming pool is relaxing. Dinner was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend Tuk tuk tour driver was fantastic.

Great stay, central comfortable and amazing pool

Loved our stay here. Booked for four nights but ended up staying five. The hotel was really quiet despite its central location. We were there over new year and two huge stages were built in Pub Street and we were worried noise would keep us awake; it didn’t. The rental bikes were the best we saw. Comfortable with gears and big wheels. The room was comfortable and large. And the pool was famtastic to return after a day of sightseeing. I would happily recommend.

Wonderful surprise! "The hotel is a short walk from downtown services and shops. The hotel has its own restaurant by the pool where you can drink and eat. The price level of the restaurant is reasonable and the breakfast is tasty. Landmark king room is very spacious and tidy. The room and hotel were really peaceful and we were really able to relax there. Wifi was fast an reliable. Staff very helpful "

Always My Preferred Place To Stay in Siem Reap I loved everything here .I travel many countries and this hotel is the best place that I really enjoyed .This is my third times staying at the Moon Residence in Siem Reap service is as always helpful staffs, reasonable place and location where I can easily access to the Pub Street by walking. Place is clean, cozy and green.Angkor day tour, car or tuk tuk, is available at optimal price. If I will be in Siem Reap again, this hotel will be my choice.
