The outside Tuk Tuk driver

The staff are very polite and helpful. The Tuk Tuk drivers are more expensive from the hotel. Get one on the street. I found a guy that was wonderful, he took me to place no one else thought to visit. He was wonderful.

You get what you pay for

This hotel is okay. Location is very good and it is a nice looking place. Rooms are clean but a bit tired. The bed was very hard but okay. Our first night, they had a party on the pool deck with extremely loud music that lasted until 10 pm. All that said, it was worth what we paid but not much more!

【立地】・オールドマーケットに徒歩15分弱の距離・近くにレストランや庶民派食事処が複数あり【設備】・エレベーターがやや古くスピードは遅いが、全体的に整っている。不便を感じることはない。【清潔度】・ほぼ満点。毎日の部屋の掃除に加え、廊下や階段、レストラン、ロビー等きちんと掃除がなされている。【スタッフ】・非常に親切で丁寧、迅速な対応。・日本語が対応可能なスタッフも。

最終日にカードキーの機械が壊れました。部屋の蜘蛛の巣はずっとふわふわ揺れていました。冷蔵庫の隙間にティシュゴミがずっとありました。空港からの送迎があったり、レイトチェックアウトが使えたのは良かったです。コンビニやマッサージ店も近くにあります。100均のような2ドルショップもあり足りないものが買えたり、便利な場所です。

Trevlig, hjälpsam personal. Bra poolområde med sol ca 9 - 15 men inte så mysigt. Bra läge! Bra med hämtning på flygplatsen. Tråkig frukost, inte mkt pålägg att välja på r t ex. Tråkig matsal som ingen åt middag i. Slarvig städning; glömde städsaker på rummet, städade inte fast man hängt ut lapp om det.

Posizione centrale ottima di fronte al ristorante Café Indochine assolutamente da non perrdere. La camera Premium dove ho soggiornato è molto ampia con un bagno altrettanto ampio, un po' datata ma in ottime condizioni. Personale gentilissimo e preparato.

Beautiful Hotel and Pool

Amazing first impressions the moment we walked in the door, great check in - free room upgrade, great room and pool. Staff were lovely. Only regret was this was the first hotel and not the last as it was perfect for relaxing and walking distance to Pub street. Highly recommend!

style but no substance

nice looking hotel on the surface, but a bit hard used behind the scene, poolside mattresses crudely repaired by poolboy,lots of stagnant lilly ponds around the hotel which proved perfect breeding ground for mosquitos and all things that bite. although the balcony was tidied it was never washed once, again perfect for bites things to run around in, so bad could hardly use one of the best features of the room.The break fast from a british point of view was awful, cocktail sized hotdog sausages and scrappy bacon that had been baked in an oven so long,it was almost inedible, it was explained to me that this was because it came from cambodian pigs....ok for a couple of days but thats it.

siam reapの中心にあり、ナイトマーケットに近く夜の食事や買い物にとても便利なホテルです。アンコールワットに行くにも空港に行くにもあまり交通の便に困らない。夜はブッフェとホテルのショーが13ドルで素晴らしい体験ができました。

Hotel is in a good location easy walking to the river, markets, pub street and many good local restaurants. The pool was a great relief after a hot day of visiting the temples. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The bed was one of the better ones we have had in Cambodia.

새벽두시에 무료로 픽업서비스 해주었고(이메일) 프리미엄은 수영장을 사이에두고 본관 맞은편에있읍니다 그냥 별관입니다 조식은 소문대로 쌀국수가 좋았고 전형적인 패키지 호텔입니다 시설은 보통 수영장은 좋은편입니다 위치가 최고이니 조금불편했던것도 이해가됩니다 건물주위에 마스터수끼 다기다 대박1 커리월리 맛사지 환전소 유심 한국마트 그냥 다있읍니다 가격대비 괜잖은 호텔입니다

Bad wifi, poor communication of reception staffs

Wifi connection is bad, slow and sometimes disconnected, and has to go near the balcony for better reception. when checking in, reception staff put me in the main block Somadevi, instead of my booking in Premium block, where the room is newer. Not even bother to communicate about the change, and I was very annoyed about this. I insisted and they finally made the change 4 hours later.

조용하고 쾌적한 호텔

소마데비호텔의 뒷편에 있는 신관입니다. 아무래도 객실컨디션은 소마데비호텔보다는 좋은 편이고 조용하고 아늑합니다. 더불어 소마데비의 조식이나 수영장을 함께 이용할 수 있어 좋습니다. 와이파이는 방에서는 느린 편이고 로비에서 더 잘 잡힙니다. 저녁에 수영장에서 공연을 포함한 디너가 열려 좀 시끄럽기도 하지만, 저녁시간에 보통 밖에 있기도 하고 방에 있다 하더라도 큰 불편을 느낄 정도는 아니었습니다. 소마데비를 고려하시는 분들께는 소마데비 프리미엄을 추천합니다.

Cet Hotel est un point de chute pour les cars de tourisme. C'est une usine à la mécanique bien rodée. Très grande piscine, bon petit déjeuner avec un large choix, spectacle de danse Aspara le soir autour d'un buffet 18$/personne plus boisson. J'avais pris la chambre la moins chère qui est très satisfaisante en taille, belle salle de bain avec douche et baignoire , par contre le ménage est fait à la va vite Terrace non nettoyée et surtout ne pas regarder sous les meubles. Hotel très bien situé en plein centre ville

Godt hotel med god pool

Godt og rimeligt centralt hotel. Gode værelser og rigtig god morgenmad. Poolen er god og også velegnet til mindre børn. Eneste dårlige man kan sige er at vi efter at have boet på hotellet en uge men trukket 3 dollars for et smadret glas - lidt lavt af hotellet

這次假期非常愉快 , 酒店各方面都很好 , 早餐款式豐富多樣 , 尤其泳池很大 , 有池畔酒吧 ,pizza 即叫即焗 , 很好味 , 有淺水區適合小朋友 , 但第二晚開始 , 有幾隻蚊子打擾睡覺 , 可能清潔人員執房時飛入 , 建議在走廊安裝滅蚊燈
