The staff are very kind and the room we were set up with was decently large with a nice living space, perfect for me and my parents! The complimentary breakfast had good food options as well. Location is fantastic, walking distance to the markets and pub street.

Third time checking in in less than a week as visa issues prevented us from entering Vietnam. This afforded us the opportunity to try a few different accommodations in the area and our favourite was the Royal Crown. Clean, spacious room and wonderful, friendly helpful staff. Great pool and the Spa was also top notch.

The staff is so helpful. They give good advice and arrange tours, taxis and even bus tickets. Rooms are modern, spacious and cleaned daily while you're out. The location is central, on the river and steps from the Hard Rock Cafe. Breakfast is amazing! Great views from the rooftop lounge. You will not have issues at this hotel, and you'll be glad you stayed here.

Friendly and helpful staff in all departments of the hotel. Spa was particularly amazing. Room was spotless, but as mentioned in a previous review, the countrys electrical challenges are felt in each hotel room - you vacate your room - no power, so you lose your A/C, etc. when you're out and about.

Really nice hotel with this price!

Perfect location and very flexible front desk and tour desk combination! The hotel is extremely convenient in going out for dinner, drinking, shopping, taking tour, and also for airport access. The breakfast is valuable in choice, and there is bathtub in the room which is really nice to relieve the fatigue from visiting ruins. Really very nice hotel with this price, and I will recommend this hotel to my friends!
