Very attractive property. Staff were friendly and made us up a breakfast box for our 5am tour starts which was super helpful. The pool area is really nice and it was great to have a relaxing swim after a big day of climbing temples. Convenient location close to town. Nice and quiet.

I am giving the hotel 5 stars even though there was one hiccup. They did not charge me upon arrival and then phoned the room at 9 PM to have me pay (for my five day stay.) I was awoken from a sound sleep after 29 hours of flying from Las Vegas, through Seoul and Hanoi to arrive. They could have collected from me in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was superb, staff helpful, pool super clean, they spray for mosquitos - I will stay there again on my next trip.

S Len in spa was fabulous. Very nice underutilized pool area. All wonderful but no comfortable chairs in room. Would definitely return. Staff are amazing and airport transport in very comfortable nearly new car.
