The hotel was perfectly located in Siem Reap with access to everything. The entire staff was tremendously helpful and friendly--they accommodated our every need. The hotel itself was amazingly designed and decorated. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Really, every detail was thought out and executed perfectly. Our dining experiences at breakfast, dinner, in the Living Room and Glass House were exceptional. We will be back!

My favourite hotel. An incredible location and a beautifully designed space filled with gorgeous décor and art. It offers pure relaxation and quietness, yet sits right in the heart of the city with banks, pharmacies, and shops just steps away. The staff will do anything they can to make your stay perfect—nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is exceptionally fresh and delicious. I truly can’t wait to return. There isn’t a single negative thing I can say about this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone, and I felt genuinely sad to leave.

The staff were wonderful and attentive, without being intrusive. The only issue we had was late house cleaning on day 1 and 2, but the staff went over and above to make up for it. They even left a hand written note with snacks as an apology. The location is great and central, with many sights and restaurants in walking distance. Angkor Wat is only 20 minutes away. The food at the restaurants are great. The pool area is very nice and the spa may be on the pricey side but is lovely.

Great location, with a great staff members

Great hotel with a great team and very well located. Perfect place to stay to visit the temples and do some other day trip, with a great opportunity to relax after a long day. We went with our teenagers and they didn’t want to leave!
