We enjoyed the food, the pools, and the relaxing atmosphere, the rooms (villas) were very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and we loved the mangoes. if I visit again I will definitely stay here again..

Great hotel that is as good as it looks in the pictures. Superb staff look after you throughout your stay. Location is excellent with a feel of real Siem Reap whilst only five minutes in a tut tut to the tourist centre.

This property was amazing and a quiet refuge in Siem Reap. The staff were amazing ! The rooms were clean and beautiful. We took advantage of the spa and had their signature massage. A must for anyone visiting Siem Reap

Excellent stay for 5 nights. Staff were very polite and respectful. Food was excellent. Pool was great. Staff helped book our tours compete with driver and guide. Driver was excellent and guide was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Sara was our hostess and she was always there to help or advise us with any questions. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, Sara at front desk spoke very good English and made us feel at ease. Breakfast menu was comprehensive and well cooked, however on occasion poached eggs served cold. Markets, ATM facilities extremely close by. Overall an amazing stay would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay amazing. Richard and Sarah. 😊

The staff were really what made this stay amazing, Lida in particular was incredible! There was an issue with a technical error that was picked up after we left and she went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted for us. Breakfast was absolutely divine each morning and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The pool is really lovely and everything has a very relaxed and calm vibe. We absolutely loved chilling out on the pool chairs during the peak heat of the day! Cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely stay again in future!

The Mane Village Suites is an amazing hotel. The decor in the lobby and restaurant were beautiful. The rooms were fantastic. They were very large with a separate seating area and a balcony. The pool area was wonderful and the breakfast delicious. The staff was friendly and really helpful. They arranged a guide and Tuk Tuk for our two days at Angkor Wat. The location of the hotel was pefect. We could walk to the night market and Pub Street and there were a lot of stores and restaurants right by the hotel. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

This is a really, really excellent hotel. Beautiful setting, clean, great staff, lovely pool, plants everywhere, big rooms. Great location. We will return one day. My main complaint is the high cost of the restaurant, which deterred us from eating dinner there more than once. One very minor complaint are the surrounding neighborhood noises during the night. Otherwise you cannot go wrong at Mane Village Suites.

We booked the family suite for our family of 5 - I have 3 teenagers. It was spacious and we all had plenty of room. The staff at the hotel were all wonderful and very helpful. The VIP benefits were a huge bonus! I would say thr hotel is walkable; however, we always used their tuk tuks. They would also arrange to have us picked up as well. We used the dining, pool, spa and fitness room and we were happy with it all.

We love everything about Mane Village Suites! We had many activities to discover in Siem Reap but we love coming home to this relaxing ambient. The staff are amazing, always greeting and smiling. They remember us always and even ask about the activities we booked. Jing was very helpful even the moment before we arrived. I would always want to come back here and definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves spacious rooms, relaxing ambient and friendly staff

Another wonderful stay in Siem Reap

This was our second stay at Mane Village Suites and again a phenomenal experience. This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are delightful and have everything you need, the pool and breakfast are wonderful. They make everything easy and fun, from picking you up at the airport, arranging quick trips around town or helping you book larger tours directly from the front desk. 24/7 there is someone at the front desk to help you. The rooms are large, comfortable with controllable air conditioning and very tastefully decorated. There is a beautiful pool and a delightful restaurant where daily breakfast is enjoyed and included. Overall a fantastic experience, would recommend highly.

Loved my time at this hotel! The room was so spacious and spotless. Both the pool and the spa were great, and the food was excellent. But what made my stay here was the staff. They were all incredible. So helpful and nice. Any time I needed anything they were ready to assist. Everyone from the front desk to the bar staff to the porters and even the tuktuk drivers were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again. Just a note that the entrance is down a side street that is not immediately obvious, so be sure you have the address on hand. Once you check in, they give you a card with a map to help give directions during your stay, which was very handy.

Mane Village Suites are a beautiful, friendly and relaxed resort that has a sense of being in Cambodia, unlike the luxury chain hotels that are impersonal and could be anywhere. The rooms are comfy and spacious. The place is beautifully maintained. I swam in the pool daily before heading out. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to town, river etc, yet peaceful and away from the noisy areas. Tuk tuk drivers always available outside. The food served at the resort is truly delicious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were welcomed by Sara who was our assistant if we needed help. Sara booked our tours to the temples, shuttles to and from airport and was kind and helpful in general. Thank you

I found the accommodation overall lacking in customer service and amenities. There was constant noise from the tannoy system from the school next door all day from 8am to 7pm. No lunch was offered, only room service at inflated prices. When I inquired about dinner, I was advised there was no food! My friend and I ended up at 7 11 for some dinner! Poor selection at breakfast, often frowned on for a second cup of coffee. Cold poached eggs were also served unless you specified you wanted hot eggs. There is no minibar service available although offered in the advertising. The bar fridges in the rooms are empty, and again on inquiry we were advised that they don't do that anymore. Daily housekeeping was constantly chased for water and fresh towels. I had included in my deal a spa voucher- I could not see a spa there nor was my offer mentioned at check in or any other time. No cold towel offered on arrival or any other time on return to the premises. I put in a complaint over all of this, and was offered a free cocktail or soft drink with lunch the next day. This is when I expressed there was no lunch ever offered This then was rectified to a free lunch and drink, which we declined. Although the pool area looked aesthetically pleasing, there were rats all over the garden. No complimentary airport pick up/drop off-told this changed when the new airport was built. For a place to call themselves 5 star, I would not waste the extra money per night and stay somewhere else.

Wonderful stay

Outstanding place to stay in Siem Reap. I had a mini suite which was plenty spacious with air conditioner, kitchen, king sized bed, closet, and spacious bathroom. The hotel is down an alley way off of a busy street and honestly surprised me by how well kept and beautiful it is. The entrance is amazing. The outdoor restaurant and pool at the center of the hotel are clean and well kept. The included breakfast daily at the restaurant was perfect and included a menu of western and Cambodian food. I stayed here for 2 weeks and my room was always cleaned and well attended too. Very easy to book a driver at the front desk to explore the temples or other excursions. Easily walkable area as well with countless restaurants and shops. I would easily choose this hotel again.

Excellent hotel made me want to come back again

They forgot my welcome drink otherwise Pheng was my go to person and he arranged everything. Not sure how much spa credit but i got 1 hour foot leg arm neck shoulders massage that is the best ive had. Free breakfast and tea. My suite was palatial and took my breath away. Pheng found out that i would miss the free breakfast so he offered me a breakfast that i could take with me to the airport. Pheng totally impressed me and made my stay enjoyable

The staff was excellent and very attentive. The front desk can arrange all of your tours, trips into town and transfers to the airport. They all knew us after one hour and made us feel special with the service they provided. Very relaxing place to stay yet still close the all the dining, shopping and Pub Street entertainment.
