I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Pub Street, with supermarkets, spas, and restaurants nearby. It was very convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing.
The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it a very relaxing place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also excellent. I especially enjoyed the noodles and the fresh watermelon juice—they were delicious!
On my last day, I asked if it would be possible to have a late check-out, and Sophours, one of the hotel staff members, kindly accommodated my request without hesitation. She also offered to store my luggage after check-out and even let me use the shower before leaving, which was incredibly helpful.
The hospitality here was truly exceptional. The hotel itself was lovely, but the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made my stay even more special. Sophours was particularly kind and helpful, and I really appreciated her hospitality.
Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and genuinely warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
