We booked the family suite room and it 2 ensuite rooms and a living area with a half-bath which was very comfortable for us on a business/ leisure trip. When we arrived, we were originally given a room that had previously been occupied by a smoker even though the hotel is non-smoking. They accommodated us quickly into a new room. The staff was very attentive and kind.

As per my previous review, I enjoyed the hotel so much that I booked an extra week. The hotel is excellent and one of the reasons is the staff who made me feel so welcome by being so friendly and providing great service. I’d like to name just a few of the staff who made my stay so pleasant; Soborey, Kolab, Bossaba, Sophors, Panha, Tha, Ramon, Sreyreath, Dara and Chea Solin. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, so much so that I booked an extra week. The hotel is only 8 months old so everything is new. The staff are so very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are of good quality and my balcony was private. The free to use spa is excellent and such an asset for the hotel. Highly recomended.

Absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like royalty. They are so eager to please and take care of you. They will arrange activities, Tuk Tuks, breakfast to go, taxis,etc…The rooms are great! So spacious and clean. All the amenities you need too (combs, toothbrush, etc…) Pools are the perfect temperature and so relaxing with a beautiful view of the city. Massage was amazing and by an experienced therapist. If we ever come back to Cambodia we will stay here! Big Thank you to Nita, Somura, and Thyna for your hospitality!!!

Property was a great stay. Stayed for 4 nights and everything was excellent. My only complaint was the noise. Felt like the walls are so thin. I can hear everything that’s going on. They were doing repairs or something but it was going all day that was annoying. It constantly gave me headaches. All that pounding and drilling I had to ask them to stop which they did. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was amazing!

New, beautiful and centrally located

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5mins walk to Pub Street and 8mins to the river and markets. The hotel is quite new and beautiful. We got the family suite and it was HUGE. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers.
