タオルが古かった。四つ星ではない。朝食は美味しかった。旧正月に一週間ほど、観光のために滞在した。セイフティ・ボックスを含めて改善が必要かと思う。しかしながら、スタッフはカンボジア人らしくホスピタリティにあふれている。細かな清潔感を東南アジアのこのレベルで求めると、掃除は一番大切なことなので、がんばって欲しい。あと、タオルが古く、使えなかった。

Really nice hotel. Spacious room, lovely pool which was not at all too crowded, close to town (5 minutes by tuc tuc). Extremelly nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was fine but could be more varied. Spotless, including restaurant.

My family (with children, 8 snd 12 years old)and I booked 2 rooms. We appreciated the private pick-up at the airport and the attention the hotel managers and the staff give to facilitate booking reservations and help organize what is needed to visit the temples. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a good assortment of local and continental dishes at the breakfast buffet. The hotel restaurant also serves very good food for lunch and dinner. The pool area is very pleasant to relax in after a hot day of visiting temples. The Khemara Angkor Hotel & Spa is really a good address in Siem Reap!

The price was amazingly good.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Nothing was too much for them.The buffet breakfast was terrific.My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel.The swimming pool was a welcome relief after Angor Wat! needed a quiet comfortable place to relax after a long tour of Vietnam and Cambodia before going on to Australia. Easy tuktuk ride to the vibrant eating and party area in old market area. Would be happy to return their anytime.
