It was a nice room, good aircon and location was good. Only let down was the WiFi was really bad in the rooms and the bath didn’t drain so the second person showering had to stand in dirty water!
Room was big and spacious, but the air con sucked was on 18 all night and barley got cold. Also, the WiFi didn’t even reach the room. Had to go to the smoking balcony at the other end of the hotel to use it and it still barley worked.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Very cheap in very convenient location. Comfortable bed; whole place has seen better days but I plan to go back.
We booked two nights, but stayed only one. Very run-down hotel, dirty everywhere, dirty linens, terribly dirty bathroom, full of ants and spiderwebs. Good location if you can stand the dirt. (NB: On the good side, the payment for our last night was refunded by the hotel, even without us asking)

Chaleur étouffante car petit ventilateur qui tournait peu...
we took the cheapest room and it was terrible.
not clean and very poor.
the room was quiet and the check in was ok.
we found at day after a much better room at the same price!

Budget hotel
Friendly staff. No window in our room. It was very hot and the fan did not help much.

Good for the price, Recommended for budget travel
We ordered a fan room for 3 nights, as we were quite used to the heat after being in India and Thailand for a few months. The room however had no air circulation, and even with the windows open all day and night, it was still way hotter inside than outside, and the air was just bad.
The location is Ok, plenty of other hotels in the same area. Short walking distance to the night market, various shops and places to eat. You will have to take a taxi/Rickshaw to the Angkor Wat, but you will have to do that regardless of where you stay in the city.
It was Very cheap, and I don't regret staying there, allthough the room could have been a bit better. Good for budget travellers
Only bad point is that the cleaners never came, but it's not too bad if you're only there a few days. I saw a cleaner about though, maybe you have to ask? Was very easy, cheap, comfortable, nice bath, you can bring home anyone you want, staff very friendly, close to plenty of shops, banks, restaurants and you can walk to Pub Street or TukTuk for a dollar.

Basic room
Conveniently located next to several laundry places and a cheap restaurant however a 15-20min walk or $2 tuk tuk ride to pub street and night markets.
Room is good for sleeping and bathing not really for relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful
The Garden House Guesthouse, which has no garden, is a very basic roof-over-your-head joint. It's the kind of hotel where the sheets and towels are clean, but not much else is. My bathroom had its share of mildew and the water went out one afternoon during my stay for a couple of hours. My room had a dirty refrigerator that wasn't working. It's got decent WiFi and there's complimentary bottled water left each day by housekeeping. It's basic, but secure. It's also very inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. And for what little I paid, for a private room with an en suite it was tolerable. It's a family-run affair, and those people are kind and interesting to talk with. The owners are of an age that tells you they made it through the Khmer Rouge madness and were able to build a successful little business for themselves after the country opened to the outside world in the 1990s. For me, knowing I was supporting a local family who's seen a lot in their lives was worth the lack of cleanliness, but be forewarned.
Hotel was convenient for me and my wife becausa it is located between chinese embassy and the bus station. There are many local restaurants close to the hotel and other conveniences. Wifi works ok, and it was clean.
value for money definitely, but would not stay there if I were to go again. The facility was quite run down, shower was cold. but the airport pickup made the room fee totally well spent
