お部屋が広くてキレイでした。部屋の外に小さな石のバスタブがあったり、部屋を出てすぐにプールがあったりとリゾート感たっぷりでした。部屋に蚊がいて最終日の夜にめちゃめちゃ刺されましたが、フロントに言えば殺虫剤とか貸してくれるみたいです。(私は英語話せないので耐えましたが)基本日本語は通じず英語ですが、チェックインとチェックアウトの際はゆっくり話してくれたり、帰る際にはとても丁寧に対応していただいて、クロマーのプレゼントもありました。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。

Great option for Siem Reap!

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! They arranged complimentary tansportation to/from the airport. Every staff member at the hotel was friendly and personable (cracking jokes, asking about our tours/plans etc). They arranged an awesome tour of Angkor Wat the night before we wanted to go. Breakfast was included and with omelette station as well as Western/traditional breakfast items. The lobby was open/airy with a pool and our rooms were spacious with a great shower and AC unit. Additionally, the location was perfect and we walked around town and to multiple markets. We were sad to leave after a few days and will definitely stay again next time we are in Siem Reap. 掃除は行き届いていて、スタッフも良い雰囲気だった。問題点を挙げるとすれば、シャワーがお湯になるまでかなりの時間がかかることと、シーツなどが滞在中取り替えられなかったことぐらい。タオルはちゃんと取り替えられていた。

또 묵고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.

아주 만족했습니다. 위치가 처음에는 괜히 이곳을 정했나 했는데 시간이 지나면서 이곳을 정한 것을 잘했다 하는 생각을 하게 합니다. 이유는 첫번째, 직원들이 항상 웃는 모습이 좋습니다. 두번째, 외국인들이 문화를 체험할 수 있는 곳이어야 하는데 Pub Street가 걸어서 6~7분 거리에 있어서 좋습니다. 세번째, 주변에 마트가 있어서 좋습니다. 네번째, 수영장이 있어서 좋습니다 아쉬운 것은 조금 컸으면 더 좋았겠다는 생각을 하게 됩니다. 다섯번째, 호텔에서 안전하게 툭툭이를 호출 할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 여섯번째, 안내데크스에서 친절하게 전화서비스 등이 좋았습니다.

We will be back.

My wife and I spent 6 wonderful nights at this hotel as we explored Siem Reap. The staff were wonderful in every way of looking after us. Breakfast although simple was very tasty and always coming with a smile. Arrangements for airport transportation were flawless. The 3 day temple tour they arranged was the best tour with the best guide, Sam, that we have ever had.

Excellent first trip to Cambodia

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and felt so comfortable and well taken care of by the staff. All the staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to stay here! Just a few suggestions: 1. Have more lights or stronger lights in the room. With the curtains drawn for privacy, felt that the room lights were too dim to read. Even the lights in the shower was very dim 2. Have another shelf in the shower area. There was only a small shelf and I had to put some of my toiletries on the floor. 3. Have a few hooks in the shower area to hang clothes, toiletries bag, etc 4. Have a list of places to visit / things to do, etc for guests. There were only a few individual brochures in the lobby but a complete list with some details of all the sights/things to do would help guests to plan their itinerary for their stay Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the staff definitely made the difference during our stay.

5박을 하였는데, 기념일이라서 그런지 방도 업그레이드 해주셔서 넓게 쓸 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔 규모는 예상보다 작았지만, 있을 건 다 있어서 편리했고 무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋아요. 약간 걷긴 하지만 무리 없이 펍스트리트에 갈 수 있으니까요. 주변에 식당도 가성비 좋은 곳들이 있고, 템플 미니마트가 가까이 있어서 또 편리합니다. 세탁서비스도 저렴하고 빠르구요. 그런데 5박 내내 침구 커버와 바스로브 교체가 한번도 안되어서 좀 그랬어요. 해달라고 하면 해줄 것 같기도 한데, 외출하고 돌아오면 생각나고 그래서 결국 요청도 못해봤네요. 그리고 식당의 관리인 중 한명이 처음엔 무척 친절했는데 이틀째부턴 약간 신경질적이라 조식 때나 중간에 식사하러 갈 때마다 괜히 신경쓰였네요. 우리에게 불만이 있는건지 그냥 그 관리인의 개인적인 문제인지는 모르겠어요. 약간의 단점들이 있었지만 투어를 위해 툭툭호출을 요청하면 룸차지로 다 되는 것도 편했어요. 이런 컨시어지 관련 문의나 요청을 하면 카운터의 직원들이 너무나 친절해서 다른 단점을 잊게 해줍니다. 항상 친절하고 도와주려고 애써주어서 감사합니다.

The hospitality is great in the hotel, the staff provided help to us for all different kind of questions. The food selection of breakfast is not as much as big hotels but it's more than enough for a good breakfast. We also tried a la carte lunch on our last day and it was so tasty! We stayed during the wet season thus the room is quite humid. With the AC dehumidifier turned on, this situation is well improved and it's very comfortable. To sum up, this is a very pleasant stay!

추천합니다. 일단 거리상으로 아주 만족스러운 위치에 있습니다. 투어야 픽업 오니까 상관없다 치더라도 나이트 마켓이나 펍 스트리트에서 도보거리에 있으면서도 너무 가깝지 않아서 소음때문에 스트레스 받을 일도 없었습니다. 직원들도 친절했고 조식도 괜찮았어요.

Super value for money, decent room in good area

Super value for money. Nice room with excellent service from Aden and the breakfast is decent as well. Location is slightly out from pub street area but a 1usd tuk tuk can settle that. Room is comfy and nice with balcony but the shower can be improved as there is rust smell in the water.

Bel Hotel très bien placé pour visite siem reap et temples d Ankor. A 5 mm à pied de Pub Street tout en étant très calme. Belle piscine. Personnel au top, très accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner. Hôtel a recommander sans hésitation.
