Amazing experience at Central Suite! It’s not a big place so the staff gives you the best quality of service and very hospitable. Cold towels every time you arrive from your day trip. Great location! Close to pub street, 7-eleven, many restaurants and markets. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Will stay here again when I go back to Siem Reap

Super friendly staff with no exception. They know you by your name and make you feel great. Khmer massage exceeded my wife expectations. Breakfast was very good with many local and western options. You can hire tours or taxis with them, but I don't felt pressured to do it. Good restaurants nearby and pound actions at a dirty walking distance as well as the night market. Having 2 electronic keys instead of just one is the only I can think they can improve.

Amazing location and warm hospitality

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. It has an excellent location, is very clean, and offers plenty of great amenities. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive - they make you feel welcome from the very first moment. I also booked the Angkor Wat tour through the hotel, and it couldn’t have been better. The driver was professional, and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly - it really made the experience unforgettable.

Although located in busy area around Pub Street, this is a lovely quiet oasis! Staff very friendly and attentive; service excellent. Rooms and breakfast very nice. Pool area cozy but clean, comfortable and a great spot to relax. They were very helpful arranging rides to/from airport and around Angkor Wat and walking us through online purchase of tickets. Definitely the way to go! You just show resulting QR code at ticket check stations. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional service from everyone at the hotel. We had issues with our tour booking and airport transfers, but they were always ready to jump in and help. The staff would remember whether you came down for breakfast and would always check daily whether you were ok. Convenient location to walk to pub street and lots of food nearby
