Firstly I paid for a return airport shuttle as part of my room on arrival in siem reap I was told nobody would be picking me up which cost an extra 10 dollar in a taxi Upon arrival I asked the receptionist why?Was then told it was only one way despite my receipt saying it was a return My room was also meant to be a city view which turned out to be a load of metal/wooden shacks and not very a nice view at all The bathroom looked half finished and not very clean After just 1 hour I decided to book myself another hotel and leave the place as I just felt completely robbed by them in every way Would not stay here again

兎に角今迄で泊まったホテルで最低中の最低！ テレビは付かないし『直す』と言って滞在中(5泊)ずっとテレビは見れなくて、部屋に大きいクモが居ると言っても知らん顔。しまいにはベッドの上にゴキブリ！ 照明もチカチカしてて、バスタブのお湯は出ないし冷蔵庫はコンセントが外れたままで、セーフティボックスの鍵の調子が悪くスタッフに話しても適当な対応。メーキングのアメニティの追加は無くて何一つまともな所がない！ ここまで酷いと驚きで口コミを見て決めましたが、良くこんなホテルに好評価を上げたと思うと不思議で有りません。このホテルのお陰で本当に憂鬱な旅行になり、初日から一人のフロントのスタッフの応対の悪さにホテルを変えようかとも思いまし、そのスタッフの顔を見る度に不愉快な気分。二度と泊まらない！

アジアン調のステキな部屋でした。 でも床の石が一部ずれてる箇所がありガタガタしており、部屋のエアコンのリモコンが思うように利かなかった。 バスタブの栓がなかったため湯を溜めれなかった。 バスローブのかかっていたハンガーのみで他になかったので予備があれば良いのに、と思った。 スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。

すぐ近所にスーパーやコンビニがないのでそういうのを必要としている人にはちょっと不便に感じるかもしれません。バスタブ、セイフティボックスもあったのでその点は良かったです。

Disappointing

My friend and I want to explain why we only gave them 1 star! The staff was very friendly and reacted right away! Unfortunately there were a few things which made our stay not comfortable and made us leave this hotel two nights earlier. We had a lizard in our bathroom and one in our prepared lunchbag. We know that lizards are common here but these situations made us feel uncomfortable. In addition to that, the sheets weren‘t actually clean! One of the towels neither. Even though I threw the dirty towel on the floor, the cleaning person just hang it up again. We have two say, that they removed the lizard and that we got a fresh towel right away. They also let us switch the room because of the lizard and ants in our room but you just don‘t feel comfortable anymore. The extra laundry service we paid for wasn‘t good at all. Our clothes had still stains and not everything was clean nor dry. After complaining, the money for the laundry service was refunded. Still, the manager did not excuse himself or refund anything for the incidents or days we left earlier because we didn‘t feel comfortable.

Value for money

The hotel is really value for money, with free round trip airport transfer, daily breakfast, welcome drink and fruit plate. The manager is sincere and had sent me email in advance to arrange the airport pick up.

Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns aber dafür etwas näher an Angkor. Toll war der Abhol- und Bring-Service vom und an den Flughafen, welcher für uns kostenlos war. Es wird außerdem ein Fahrservice angeboten, um Angkor erkunden zu können. Die Preise dafür sind recht üppig aber okay. Genervt hat uns nur die unbefriedigende Nutzbarkeit des WLAN. Wenn man es nach mehreren Versuchen geschafft hat sich einzuwählen war die Internetverbindung quälend langsam.

アンコールワットから近く、高級ホテルのような雰囲気で満足。

格安だったのに高級ホテルのような雰囲気が感じられた。バスタブもある。周辺は繁華街ではないが静かで少し歩くと地元の美味しいお店もあり満足。何よりもアンコールワットから最も近いエリアだったので、朝日を見て一旦ホテルに帰り再度出かけるツアーに参加した際にも移動時間が短く、貴重な時間を過ごせた。朝食もシンプルだがおいしかった。

L’hotel non è molto grande ma carino e arredato con stile e gusto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose, l’unico neo per cui non merita pieni voti è il fatto che, avendo soggiornato in questo posto due notti, al ritorno dopo il primo giorno ci aspettavamo di trovare la stanza pulita è rifatta, cosa che non è accaduta. Il personale è gentile e sorridente, la colazione abbastanza varia.

Pics and descriptions very deceiving

The room that I booked wasn’t available upon check in due to renovation, however that was never communicated to me prior to my arrival. Upon check in I was told I would be moved the next day to the room I originally booked but when I returned that evening I was told it was still being renovated and that I would not be moving rooms at all. The shower drain in the bathroom smelled of sewage. When I booked the room it stated that round trip airport transfer was included. I was picked up from the airport in a tuk tuk (not conducive to luggage). For the return trip I asked for a car and was told there would be a charge. The garden bar was not able to make more than half the drinks on their menu. The spa services were done in your room as there was no actual spa area at the hotel which does not provide a “spa experience.” I would not stay here again.
