We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very accommodating, especially during a youth basketball tournament. They allowed the kids to enjoy pool time, and kept towels stocked.

All of the staff have been amazing through out the entirety of our stay. The rooms are very clean and the pool was warm and the kids loved it. Breakfast was excellent. Will definately be staying here anytime I need a room in the future.

We were very pleased with the staff when I called to inquire the extra fee that showed on my bank statement but she was so kind to explain that banks on occasion add but refund and that was the case within the day. The breakfasts were fabulous. I hope they get keying machine fixed. It was up to them to open the door. Also the pool was great and warm. The hot tub was great. Though disappointed to hear they charge for my grandchildren to come as guests and swim there was a $10 each fee. It was not posted or noted on the HOTELS.com site. They were disappointed we would not pay that.
