The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a couple of issues with the booking they handled it very well. The staff are a credit to hotel. Breakfast choices were excellent, location is perfect. Allocated Parking just behind the hotel is ideal.

Really nice stay - welcomed in arrival and given our keys. Lovely family room overlooking the sea front. Clean and tidy throughout. Parking allocated out the back which was really handy. Only tiny issue was our pup wasn’t checked in, which caused a slight issue at breakfast as we had to go in the bar area but soon sorted out and had a lovely breakfast. Would love to return at some point

My only concern was that the hotel is advertised as having parking. Technically yes this is correct but it’s extremely limited and we were told it’s not available after booking.

Welcome, staff, general ambiance, location all excellent, slight problem with lift, but hotel had just opened for the year, the day we arrived. Many people staying at the hotel, come every year and love the hotel, including somebody who lives in Sidmouth!
