The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a couple of issues with the booking they handled it very well. The staff are a credit to hotel. Breakfast choices were excellent, location is perfect. Allocated Parking just behind the hotel is ideal.

After visiting many hotels this summer our family was overjoyed with this stay. The experience from the initial moment to the last was first class. I would like to thank every member of staff, each and every individual was happy to go above and beyond to make our trip a memorable one. We will be returning.

Really nice stay - welcomed in arrival and given our keys. Lovely family room overlooking the sea front. Clean and tidy throughout. Parking allocated out the back which was really handy. Only tiny issue was our pup wasn’t checked in, which caused a slight issue at breakfast as we had to go in the bar area but soon sorted out and had a lovely breakfast. Would love to return at some point

Lovely staff, spotless hotel, and superb seafront location. Even our dog was given a breakfast sausage. Very friendly and welcoming. My only concern was that the hotel is advertised as having parking. Technically yes this is correct but it’s extremely limited and we were told it’s not available after booking.
