“Lovely hotel in an excellent location in Sidmouth. Staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which really made a difference. Fantastic setting, very clean and delicious breakfast.”

“Quite superb. A free upgrade was the iceing on our delicious cake. My only, minor, observation is the lack of usb/apple sockets. Easily corrected by replacing existing 3-pin with multi sockets, and so helpful in this increasingly device-dependent world.”

“We had a great time staying here, entertainment both nights, you will hear it in your room, but you’re staying in a pub so would expect to, was all quiet by 12. Room was lovely, good wi fi comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again ”

“The hotel is a very old coaching inn, full of character, and very well maintained. It is well situated for both Sidmouth and the Donkey Sanctuary. The room had a lovely bed, in a fair sized room. The en-suite was very nicely appointed. Our room was facing the road so there was some traffic noise. The food was excellent and the staff were all really attentive and provided a great service. Overall we had a lovely stay at the Blue Ball Inn, Sidmouth. ”

“The Cottage on the Expedia Side ist not the Cottage we found. Also the Hausnumber by Expedia was wrong !!! It was dirty and importmant peaces of equipment were missed. ”
