“Room was clean and staff worked to keep it so. Staff were good at providing a decent service and giving advice. No problem with parking although I do not think it was full up whilst we stayed there. Habe stayed at the inn 3 times and have always been satisfied with way were treated. For the future feel that the inn could benefit by introducing air conditioning.”

“Habitaciones perfectamente limpias. No hay limpieza a diario (ni falta que hace), pero sí te ofrecen toallas nuevas y cualquier cosa que necesites. Obviamente, las instalaciones no son modernas. Es un hotel antiguo, histórico, y ahí radica buena parte de su encanto. Tuvimos un problema con la accesibilidad y lo resolvieron con gran amabilidad y eficacia. El pub del hotel es encantador, y el patio, delicioso para comer o tomar algo cuando hace buen tiempo.”

“The check in process was really quick and easy, friendly staff. The room was clean, nice Tassimo machine for coffee, cups and saucers were on the very bottom shelf, not easy to get to with mobility issues. Room view was fabulous, sat there late at night with a nice beer, relaxing after a long day of travelling and working an event, amaaazing. If am up that way again will defo stay there again”

“Plenty of parking staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant toilets were spotless and restaurant was well laid out and clean. Only negative was the menu could have had more variety it was mostly based around various types of burgers with a longer stay you may get bored with the food choices. We stayed on the the Friday which was fish and chip special day to be told they had no fish. In summary we had a great stay and will certainly stay again. Please...

“The wellness centre was clean which is very important to me! The bedroom is a bit small but the bed was so comfortable! I found check out to be early would have preferred 11am when breakfast finished at 10am. Didn’t really like the vegetarian breakfast, but overall would definitely book again!”

“Great room away from the pub itself. The accommodation was clean, and quiet in the evening. The pub shuts no later than 10. Lovely views of the canal. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance along the tow path, including a micro brewery. The White Hart sells amazing Indian food! We shared a pizza for lunch in the Narrowboat which was lovely. Staff helpful and friendly. Very dog friendly! Ubers are available if you want a trip out.
