Loved my stay for three days in quiet, relaxed neighborhood enjoying passing of time. Delicious buffet in the morning at the first floor diner. Greatly enjoyed BGM radio playing classical music. Happy zoo and interesting museum in walking distance. Will definitely visit again.

駐車場がホテルから離れていたのですが、4階に「契約者のみ」と書かれた表示があり、迷ってしまいました。県外の車が数台駐車してあったところに一応停めてチェックインの際に問題ないか確認したところ、「あー特に問題ないです」とだけ。迷いが生じる状況に対し、改善されないんだなと思いました。料金的にだいぶお安かったので、仕方ないのかと思いますが、部屋がホコリっぽかったです。

客室は良く清掃されていて、スリッパも使い捨てのものも準備されており、清潔さには気を配っていると感じました。また、朝の食事はバイキング形式でしたが、バラエティに富んでおり、フグの唐揚げ等地元の料理を取り入れたおかずが大変うれしかったです。食事の世話をしていただいているスタッフの対応も大変良く、気持ちよく食事する事ができました。

立地も良く、室内も思っていたより広めで過ごしやすかった。コンセントが1ヶ所で枕元から離れていたが、延長コードを借りることができたのでよかった。アメニティもチェックイン時に手渡されるなど、対応やサービスなども良くまた機会があれば利用したいと思う。

懇親会があった為、急いでチェックインして受付中に新品の小銭を数えて入れてる始末！あれは駄目ですよ！私がもう少し早くチェックインすれば良かったのかもしれませんがチェックインに15分は長いでしょう。おかげで親睦会に遅れました。
