“When i checked in i was told that breakfast is not included when my booking clearly showed it was included. The first night AC did not work and we were not able to sleep all night. Breakfast buffet was very basic, staff said bcz they dont have enough guest they have limited breakfast. We ordered one tea in lobby and they charged us two tea ans service charge, swimming pool was not clean at it had pigeon poop and there were pigeons inside property over all very bad experience and will never stay....

“Clean modern room, very good service, ac, good hot shower, and an excellent view of the statue from the roof top. The downsides are it is not great for seniors or anyone with mobility issues as you have to walk uphill a bit to get back from the temple. Gate 2 of the temple is also a 5-6 minute walk away and 10 minutes if you have mobility issues, which isn't obvious from listing. In spite of hotel management awareness that, there is a water dropping in washroom exactly on latrine tub, they neglected and neither changed room nor gave any discount for adjusting with such horrible experience. “Had booked based on information provided that says 7 min walk from Nathdwara temple. After booking have tried to contact them on number provided multiple times but did not get response. After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded.”
