Very nice

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Shreveport/Bossier. The front desk staff are always very welcoming and courteous. The rooms are always clean and the rates are very reasonable.

I think it was pretty clean but bedding was a little worn. We asked for extra pillows, as they only provided two, and were told they could only provide two per room, but they later did give us extra. The room was fine, as we only needed a clean bed to sleep and weren’t in the room much otherwise.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our TV wasn’t working and they changed our room to one next door where the TV worked fine. No other problems. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Will stay here again when in the area.
