Room smelled of smoke and damp. The hotel was at least well air conditioned. The A/C in the room was good as well but had trouble keeping up with size of the room. The room seemed clean but unfortunately must have an infestation of cockroaches. Found an adult and several babies the next morning which made me pack up faster than ever after I had just bought breakfast to use the microwave for. Walls and doors are kinda thin so you could hear everyone's business in the hallway at night.

I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Shreveport, and I have to say, for an $81 price tag, it was the best budget hotel experience I've had! While it’s not fancy and doesn’t offer any frills, the place was clean and modern enough to meet my needs. The room had a fresh feel, and I appreciated the straightforward amenities. What impressed me most was the overall value. It’s not my top choice if I’m looking for a luxury stay, but for a quick stopover or budget-friendly trip, you really can’t beat it. I would definitely consider staying here again if I need a no-fuss place to rest. If you’re looking for an affordable option in Shreveport, this Motel 6 is worth checking out!

Great service

Great service. We were taken care of. Clerk helped us with toothbrush and paste. We were tired and ready to rest. Usually do not stay at Motel 6 but yours was a good experience. Thank you for keeping the light on for us.

The room was small but the layout was perfectly efficient, modern decor/ lighting, COLD air, HOT shower with perfect water pressure, COLD refrigerator chilled our water and drinks to almost frozen like an icee. No hassle check in. No hassle / charge for pets!! Superstore shopping and any kind of food you can think of within two blocks of the front door. Airport right down the street. We will stay here again.Thank you Expedia for helping us find this place.

Clean Room

Checked in around 10pm, the room was in good condition except for the burn holes in top sheet and the tv not working. My husband and I stayed only one night, but we’re pleased with the clean under sheets and plastic wrapped mattress.

Comfortable room.

Excellent service. Very nice lady working the front desk. She was very helpful. The condition of room 225: Freezer in refrigerator was over iced and unusable. Bathroom door was battered and broken, the lower slat of its frame dropping onto the floor. The bathtub ledge had cigarette burns (This was a non smoking room) The white sheets on the bed although clean had grayed stains streaking across its underside. So although the front of desk was excellent, the maintenance and housekeeping needs improvement.

It's a hit or miss here. One room was perfect, cold a.c., clean, microwave sparkly clean, beds mattress wrapped in plastic, clean tubs and toilet.... So we decided to stay here again. THEN the next two rooms are filthy, moldy crusted up food exploded all over the microwave, leftover sodas in the freezer that have exploded and not been cleaned up, supposedly a non smoking room but cigarette burns in the sheets, on the tub and toilet, counters filthy, dead bugs in the corners, sheets were unwashed and just stretched back over the beds, dirty towels rolled back up with someones long hair and makeup all over it and put up in the clean towels, a.c. would not cool all night long, had to go buy a fan at walmart... SO DISAPPOINTED. Asked for a clean microwave tray because looked like vomit on ours. Finally took our food to circle k to microwave it so we could eat. Couldnt stomach using the one in the room. What are yall paying the housekeepers for??? The same squished up bread that was smushed into the carpet on the second floor is here a week later! O.m.g. s.m.h. The front desk lady is very friendly and it's not her fault. But PLEASE do yourself a favor Motel 6!!! Hire someone that will clean something. ANYTHING would be an improvement. This place has potential to be very pleasant... or become a dump really fast.

Room was badly mildewed, towels were dirty, sheets stained, and visible black mold around the ceiling fixtures. Pool out of service, vending machines empty, and despite the claims of the website there is no breakfast, though I would be quite dubious of any food prepped there. The building does look quite nice from the outside.

Beds were ok and the shower was hot, otherwise the stay was mediocre at best. Lighting in the bathroom poor and no coffee maker in the room meant a wait on the 6 am coffee that arrived at the main lobby 10 minutes late. Probably gave a better review than deserved, but alls we needed was a bed and hot shower and then out.

Air and heat (!) worked perfectly. A cold front blew in on my last night. I felt very safe at the Motel 6. I travelled alone, so that is a big deal. I parked in front of the venue, which was very well lit. I slept like a baby both nights. I would definitely stay there again.
