Really happy with our stay! Cabins were better than expected. Very clean, nicely remodeled and updated. Enjoyed having the mini putt putt and big chess. Liked that they had games and movies available too. Would definitely stay again.

Our first time in Pinetop and most definitely will be coming back because of our stay! It's such a great place to stay with family. We enjoyed the mini golf and the bbq grill just steps away. The whole place is very nice and has everything you need. If you're looking for a place to stay you won't be disappointed!

I really liked the size of these little cabins they would be a perfect size for even a family of 5. We were there only a short time but I will definitely return if we have to go for longer and with more people.

We had a perfect little cabin for our stay, my friend and I were there for the weekend and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels etc. We sat on the porch and had coffee each morning and wine at night. Full kitchen and laundry in house. We didn't have access to pool or pickleball, but we had putt putt course. We will be back with other friends!

Beautifully updated cabin and quiet setting amid the tall pines. Very clean and roomy and 2 bedroom 2 bath with a very well equipped kitchen and in cabin laundry. Our favorite place to stay in Pinetop.

Our favorite go to place in the White Mountains. Roomy cabins which have been beautifully updated and are well maintained. Fun for the kids: putt putt golf, corn hole, play area, upsized outdoor chess game, with a minimal resort fee. Easy park in front of each cabin. Grill access for each cabin: note any fire restriction rules. Great place!

Excellent property. Units are 20 modular cabin style units. Quite large and well designed. Full kitchens, nice dining and living areas. Beds comfortable bathrooms nice. Only thing missing was no garden tub scene in property photos just a standard tub. Located fairly near restaurants perhaps 10 min drive. Only negative was small extra resort fee. Would be better to just increase room price since resort fee is for a small miniature golf area, barbecue, corn hole and one ping pong table. No pool available or gym. Strange since they still include pool towels but no access to the pool which now seems to be part of a separate property. Overall highly recommended and would stay again.
