“Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning.”

“We found the Tap House to be a disappointing stay, full of contradictions. The checkin was easy and the staff friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which has a sitting area and kitchen.
