There was dust on the headboard, the sheets were wrinkled, and I found hair on the pillow.
However, it is quiet and the staff is friendly.
It could be more appealing if they made changes—like adding a coffee maker or small fridge to the room and making better use of the bar.
It could be a very attractive hotel given its historic character, but it needs a little more TLC.

Great hotel! Felt extremely safe & secure traveling with my daughter. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Busy location right in the theater district. Room was quiet & clean. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very not well maintained hotel. The bed was so old. The shower was broken.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was nice and the location was excellent. We left an iPad after checking out of the hotel, and Keith immediately located it in the room and helped me to arrange to ship it back to our home in California. It was simple and easy, demonstrating a great care for the hotel's guests. I would definitely stay here again.
