スタッフの皆さんは親切で、分かりやすい案内でした。 ゲームの貸し出しがあったり、ドリンクサービスのエリアの椅子やソファが快適で、部屋以外でもくつろげました。お布団も部屋も清潔で良かったです。 夕食時にワインがレストラン内のドリンクコーナーになく、別フロアのドリンクコーナーに取りに行けば飲めます、と案内がありました。ワインは食事のフロアにあって欲しかったです。

オールインクルーシブで、ラウンジで飲めるのが良かった。部屋は古いが、清潔面で不快な事はなかった。但し、布団のシーツが小さくて、布団全体を覆っていない・朝食でパンの種類が少なかった等、いくつか残念な事はあった。
