You are rated 8.4 its not worth 3.0 We are coming from forieng country we have no idea about this country and its hotels We trust only u r rating and u misguide uyour loyal customers Sorry for that. Paid around Rs.16000 for family room that had old old flooring and bed mattress has not been replaced probably since the hotel opened. Very unimpressed with the property condition for the price they charge. Will not return here.

The property is nice in terms of location, room sizes and especially the beautiful meditation centres and temples inside the property. Very peaceful and very near to the main Sai temple. However the cleanliness of the place has really gone down over the years. The lobby smelled of urine and driver had no clean facility to rest. The restaurant service was good but the food made me sick for a few days. It was probably the contaminated salad, which i don't think was fresh.

Property is in very poor condition. No maintenance at all. Its not clean and during a rainy day water is every where and its slippery. Not worth for the price.

Although the Hotel was in close proximity to the temple and had shuttle service, the cons outweigh the pros. Upon arrival I was notified that there was additional charges for an extra person, but they provided the same double bed room with a make-do bed added (instead they could have provided a 3 person room). The room was not cleaned thoroughly especially the bathroom, and the shower was leaking. Not the 3.5 star hotel that they advertise as.
