Love that they gave us a drink coupon at the bar/restaurant. Close to the University, which was the reason for our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast is pretty weak but passable. We have stayed once before and would definitely go back. Some traffic noise so need to ask for a room on the backside next time.

Beds are clean, and the carpet is new, at least in my room. No breakfast; just pastries bar and room coffee. Average hotel coffee. There is a grill restaurant on the ground level that occupies most of the rear parking lot, so if you arrive late in the evening, there may be no parking spots left. The price should be reduced a little to match the hotel's condition, and paid a little above 100 bucks.

The location was nice being downtown. We had a suite which was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. Place is a bit run down. Continental breakfast was weak at best. We went out for breakfast instead. Pillows were small and not comfortable. Couches in suite were stained. Our window faced the restaurant and it was loud until they closed on a Friday night (midnight???). Don’t think I’d rent there again. .

Beware! The elevator is broken! I checked in and was told that I could ask the front desk to carry my bags up to the third floor…the elevator is out but there was not any push to have someone fixing. In fact, it looked like it had been out for a while. There was hair on the floor of my shower, the towels were unraveling, tiny, and dirty looking, and the carpet was spongy. The bar/restaurant is the best part of this hotel.
