“Lovely 2 night stay for our anniversary using the bridal suite! The room is well laid out and spacious. The amenities are good and food is of good quality. We couldn’t fault the service and how pleasant the staff were. My only niggle was the fried eggs in the morning could have been better if kept heated on the buffet. But overall and excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and great quality.”

“A very convenient setting for the visit of myself and my wife plus our Cavalier King Charles Dog called Bella, to our daughter who lives in Bramhope. Very helpful staff and the breakfast's were excellent. My only gripe was the charge of £15.00 a night for four nights for our little dog who makes no mess and surely a thorough clean of the room at the end of our stay would suffice.”

“The quality of everything was excellent. This hotel deserves its 4 stars. The customer service was first class, their knowledge and expertise, with food and drinks are visible in every detail. The decor is warm and welcoming, the wood burner was constantly tended makings the lounge areas cozy and warm. There is a welcoming atmosphere and I highly recommend.”
