There is a beautiful livingroom and garden for all guests to use. You can do tablebbq if you want, the best thing is the sea and the beach- awsome!! And the owner is a very nice man.

This hotel is a very good place . It was clean and interior was colorful. It gives European vibe. The owner is a good person and friendly . We did bbq as well. The Shimoda beach was in walking distance . Also so many beautiful beach places are near from this place . We enjoyed our two days vacation there .

The staff is very accomodating. We arrived early around 2pm, and the owner let us checked in around that time. It was supposed to be 3pm. The bedroom is also much bigger in person and its also clean! Will probably go back again next year! Thank you

Excellent value for the vicinity when staying near Shimoda. A short bus ride away from the train station, a short walk to the beach, very quiet and relaxing. The perfect value for the price.

Cheap place to stay the night. We booked three rooms, and the mattresses were uncomfortable in all three rooms. The mattresses were thin, and you could feel the mattress springs. Otherwise, the bathroom is clean and new, whereas everything else is old.

白浜海岸沿いの通りから狭い道を少し上がる必要がありますので、慣れない土地の者としては「対向車来ないでー」とちょっと緊張感ありました。 徒歩では５分程で海岸沿いに出れるので朝の散歩も気軽に行けますし、コンビニ(ファミマ)への買い出しも便利です。 施設自体は、全体的に年期や老朽化の様子は見受けられましたが、部屋にカビ臭さやベタつき等は感じられず、ユニットバスも清掃が行き届いており、水圧も問題無しでした。 隣の部屋の出入り音やガタガタ音は響きやすい印象でしたので、その点には少し気を使います。 サービスについては、 ツイン+ソファーベッド(？)の部屋に大人２名、子供１名(12歳)の合計３名での宿泊でしたが、タオルや歯ブラシが２名分だったところが少し残念な点でした。 トータル的には リーズナブルな宿泊料金や過ごしやすさ、白浜海岸への距離などから、十分な満足度でした。またお世話になりたいです。

建物は古くなっているのでそれ相応ですが設備などは清潔感もあって不満はない。玄関前に駐車スペースがあるが場所柄サーフィン客が多いようで車が大きいと4台で満車の早い者勝ちになるので注意。中庭にバーベキューテーブルあり。

都会の喧騒とは離れ、近くには浜辺もコンビニもある利便さはとてもよかったです。駐車場がわかりにくかったのですが、オーナーさんが丁寧に教えてくださりました。駐車スペースも広く、星がよく見えて綺麗でした。水周りも清潔で、サブスクの種類も豊富かつWiFiもあり快適すぎる環境でありがたかったです！
