Enjoyable

Very good location for surfers and general beach goers. Easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Nice outdoor space to relax on site. Rooms are fine but basic. No extras but they will accommodate reasonable requests. A few restaurants nearby but limited. Have to go into Shimoda center for variety. ¥2,000 by cab each way. Lots to like in this area though. Surfers get both ends of the beach, nice breaks on both. Not crowded. Rentals available at the pension and many other places nearby. Overall a decent two night stay.

Great Location for Casual Stay!

Resort Pension Turtle House is a great location from the beach. They were accommodating and very helpful. This is not a smoke free environment and I have a slight allergy to tobacco smoke but they made sure that the room was as smoke free as possible. The pension was fairly booked when we stayed and the bathrooms had something to be desired for the amount of people there. They were at times messy however in all it was a great stay, great hospitality and a good location!

家族で利用させて頂きました。CHECK-INより早く到着したにも関わらず荷物を預かってもらい助かりました。お食事もとても美味しくて良かったですビーチまでも歩いてすぐなので行き来が楽でした。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で助かりました。また利用させていただきたいと思います。
