Staff understand Mandarin and some Cantonese
Staff understand zero English. I repeat, staff do not understand English.
Had some issues with understanding the reservation and finding the confirmation number.
Room AC was extremely slow.
Breakfast isn't included but the breakfast was also modern and tasty.”
