家族3人で検索して2日前に予約が取れました。初めての伊香保温泉でしたので、地理もわからず、いってから山の上の方にあるホテルだと理解しました。 施設自体は歴史を感じる状況でしたので、普通とします。新しい宿を期待されるのであれば違うと思います。色々と企画もされていたので頑張っておられると思います。お風呂は温泉ではありませんが大浴場ではあります。 幸い虫は出ませんでしたので、運が良かったです。朝ごはんは美味しくしっかりいただきました。おにぎりを目の前で握っていただけて特別感はありました。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で、まだまだ頑張ってほしいです！

スタッフの方がみなさんとても優しく、お料理も美味しかったです！サウナの温度が、女性風呂側が床と椅子が熱すぎて入らず少し残念でした。男性側は逆にぬるすぎたそうです。

部屋の作りなど古く、虫が入ってくるのは気になりました。 お風呂は畳が敷いてあり、広くて良かったです。脱衣場にはベビーベッドがあり、浴室にはベビーチェアがありました。 朝食はあまり美味しくなかったです。
