This hotel was very comfortable, clean and had friendly staff..
I enjoyed the pool in the hot tub, and the restaurant was decent for breakfast..
Parking was easy and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby
Best place to stay while in Sherbrooke Quebec. Friendly staff, clean quiet rooms. Can't ask for a better place to stay.

Nice place if you’re looking for a clean, safe place to sleep. Restaurant closed early and there was no place to eat within walking distance. This was the first hotel I stayed where I asked for a toothbrush and they didn’t have one. Good for the price but very minimalistic. The guy at the front desk was on his phone when talking to me. The staff at the restaurant was super nice.
Staff was amazing! Rooms and amenities were great. Only complaint was that we were there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned so the coffee and bath items were not ever replaced.
Rooms were clean but are dated. Staff was great. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only issue was that we happened to be there at same time as a number of hockey teams. So lots of noise, running up and down the halls and banging of doors. Management was good at shutting it down at a reasonable time.
Breakfast was great , most everything else was totally acceptable . Staff friendly ,great location for my purpose with a bunch of food options close by.
I received a cold welcome from a young woman who didn't respect my request; on the contrary, she went against it. However, this was quickly rectified by another receptionist, a young man, who provided excellent customer service. The pool was heated, clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable. The Wi-Fi needs improvement.
Area was good, the pool was nice, staff nice, signed a paper not to smoke in room. Then we got to our room and it smelled like smoke. Besides that great place to stay.
Clean, tidy and comfortable room.
A long way from lift so carried our bags up/down 3 flight of stairs to ba x ck carpark.
No facility to boil water for a cup of tea
Didn't bother with breakfast.
over all comfortable stay, did not take advantage of facilty ,even though it was the reason I booked.Unfortunately was in Sherbrooke apartment hunting ,was so tired when day was over no energy to enjoy anything offered by hotel

Ho-hum hotel
While the hot tub was great and the price was good, this hotel is showing its age. The TP was transparent, the breakfast was not worth the $10 per person we had to pay for it and some of the staff were not as polite as others.

Reception staff was very friendly. Rooms desperately need an update. No USB plugs and they don't even attempt to help with a cube or a to replace the electric bar for a working one. Room is very dark and carpet questionable. Clean as much as people can clean but building is outdated. Good price and comfy beds.
Overall good, with few minor areas for enhancement
Bad: jacuzzi not hot enough, not wnough water pressure. Restaurant: only serves pasta at night, check-in time is quite late comparing to most hotels (4pm) and our rooms had not been even cleaned by 4pm so we had to wait extra time, at the and i paid one of the housekeepers cash to go and finish our rooms (after 4pm). Check-out time is 11am, quite early for our taste. Bed: was too soft.
Good:
Location of the hotel in sherbrooke…close to everything. Nice pool. Jacuzzi “looks” beautiful too. A la carte breakfast tasted good. Very clean hotel everywhere. Price was ok for quality for the season. Coffee makers in each room. Two Robe de chambre in each room to wear to the pool. Nice view (hill top). Easy free parking.
Not bad, the kids like pool and spa, but the room’s bath water is small, there haven’t breakfast just cold things and more expensive. The sofa bed not good for sleeping, pretty uncomfortable! The pillows are bad and uncomfortable, my head hurts every day during I live there
