Nice place if you’re looking for a clean, safe place to sleep. Restaurant closed early and there was no place to eat within walking distance. This was the first hotel I stayed where I asked for a toothbrush and they didn’t have one. Good for the price but very minimalistic. The guy at the front desk was on his phone when talking to me. The staff at the restaurant was super nice.

Rooms were clean but are dated. Staff was great. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only issue was that we happened to be there at same time as a number of hockey teams. So lots of noise, running up and down the halls and banging of doors. Management was good at shutting it down at a reasonable time.

I received a cold welcome from a young woman who didn't respect my request; on the contrary, she went against it. However, this was quickly rectified by another receptionist, a young man, who provided excellent customer service. The pool was heated, clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable. Reception staff was very friendly. Rooms desperately need an update. No USB plugs and they don't even attempt to help with a cube or a to replace the electric bar for a working one. Room is very dark and carpet questionable. Clean as much as people can clean but building is outdated. Good price and comfy beds.
