It was fine. There was a misunderstanding about breakfast. I had included the filter breakfast included which produced this hotel. But the breakfast was included alright but at a cost. Misleading.

Reception staff was very friendly. Rooms desperately need an update. No USB plugs and they don't even attempt to help with a cube or a to replace the electric bar for a working one. Room is very dark and carpet questionable. Clean as much as people can clean but building is outdated. Good price and comfy beds.

While the hot tub was great and the price was good, this hotel is showing its age. The TP was transparent, the breakfast was not worth the $10 per person we had to pay for it and some of the staff were not as polite as others.

Our stay was fine. Our stay coincided with a hockey tournament so there were lots of kids running around outside the hotel and hanging out underneath our window. They were also running around in the hotel, yelling and generally goofing off. That was to be expected and we only had to call the front desk once. The Sunday Brunch was wildly overpriced for what was on offer, so we skipped it. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water on Sunday morning. None. This might be a regular occurrence, as the staff didn't seem to think it was a big deal. We had to interact with the staff several times as our keys were not reliable to open the door.

Our room was just that. Definitely stuck in the 90's as far a decor and the stairs heading to our room were falling apart and dangerous.
