Breakfast was amazing for a budget friendly accommodation, strong humidity smell from the washroom, that was clearly quickly cleaned and not well cleaned with all the water stains on the faucet ware. thin bedsheets despite winter time, at least the room temperature was adjustable, street noise present all night but despite the place to be full, we were lucky to park as we arrived very late, the occupants are generally very respectful and no hallway noises and doors heard. As i said we get what we are paying for and it was more then all right for my need.

Excellent place to stay in Sherbrooke. Property is extremely clean and staff are very pleasant. Parking à and getting in/ out very easy. Continental breakfast in AM a nice touch. Will for sure stay again!
