Professional and well organised. Lovely pool and spa area. Nice dinner and not too expensive. Unfortunately the lift was out of order and we had trouble using the lockers at the pool otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Staff were good.

Really great staff throughout and a really good breakfast. The main areas of the hotel look new and modern and clean. The room was ok but the carpet had not been hoovered as there was dirt and bits of stuff and there were a few broken bits in the bathroom. Overall a nice stay and did the job at the right price.

The room was clean and quiet and had AC. Staff were very friendly. There was plenty of parking. The staff were happy to extend my checkout. I enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities. My only negative was no refrigerator in the room. Not that this was part of the room. It would be a great addition.

Pool was nice and they let the kids have inflatables. Nice outdoors seating. Most of the staff were great and made you feel welcome. They were great with kids and made them feel important. Food is nice enough, added bonus as children eat free from the kids menu.
