“The room was immaculate, airy and cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. High ceilings and a ceiling fan made the circulation in the room so comfortable. We had folks on either side of us in the other rooms and heard nothing, so that was nice. I slept like a rock. Shower was clean and had very nice items to use that smelled nice. We will definitely be back.”

“Stay as far away as possible from this place. The rooms were very nice except for the fact there were NO incidental (like soap, shampoo) in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The biggest problem was the staff. My husband had booked 3 rooms and paid with credit card. Then they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", no charge, just a hold. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything from reservations to check in and check out went smoothly. We really appreciated cleanliness of the unit. The location was great. It was an easy walk to downtown Louisville and we also enjoyed the walk across the Big Four pedestrian bridge into Indiana.”

“As this is a new hotel, all the appliances furniture and equipment is new. We had an excellent rest at this hotel. The property was clean and the instructions were clear on how to proceed with all the trash, laundry etc. It was silent at night and the shared spaces were clean and new.The personnel and staff were so helpful and went beyond to ensure we had a good stay. We are for sure comming back to stay there.”
