We had an amazing stay with our 10 month old and this hotel is definitely baby friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and had complete amenities for everything we needed for our short stay and even gave an amenity kit for our baby. The staff were so friendly and accommodated all our requests, and went out of their way to find English speaking staff to translate when they were unable to understand us. Our baby absolutely loved the play room and pool and even enjoyed the breakfast buffet where they gave him his own utensils and toys to keep. I would also like to commend the pool lifeguard, housekeeping, and front desk staff as I lost a very precious gold and diamond bracelet and it was found and returned to me through their coordination. Location is also very convenient as it's beside a mall and complex with restaurants, a supermarket, and even rides for kids.

Spacious and comfortable roon

Two bedroom Suite has two bathrooms. The suite is very spacious and has very high ceiling. It was quite a comfortable stay. The hotpot dinner included in the package was very good. All service personnel were excellent. Sadly, temperature of the room could not be adjusted even though control panel of the ventilation system appeared to be adjustable. The ventilation system made the room very hot at night, but very cold around sunrise.

Well, the room we got was 673, which is the smallest apparently. And we paid the same price for other 5 starts hotel would be better. So just be aware of it. And we stayed for 3 nights. The staffs were efficient and the breakfast selections were limited. Overall the hotel location is great for family. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

I had a terrible experience the first thing I walked in. Went to reception and waited for 40 minutes for check in. There was only one customer being served but it took so long. There was only 1 person working at the counter. Then as I waited, another customer showed up and then some one from the back counter went to help them and skipped us. I was absolutely furious as I was waiting in line to be served but they skipped me. I then complained to the front staff member saying this is not acceptable. We are also a high tier Marriott member but my status is not accepted due to it being an apartment and not hotel. I understand if there is only 1 person providing service but to skip me and then serve someone else when they arrive is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Also, the whole executive apartments were very old and did not look like the website. The steam room did not work and the breakfast buffet was terrible. If I knew this, I would have booked the hotel instead. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
