The view was great, and the room size and cleanliness were also excellent. The breakfast had many delicious options, making it highly recommendable. Modern and luxurious lobby, room space is good, bathroom is clean, a big variety of breakfast buffet, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, the only thing not match is that, they couldn’t find my reservation at the beginning, and when a more senior member came to help, he offered a welcome fruit platter but it never arrived in my room.

In general the staff are polite and the food of the room service and especially the Chinese restaurant are of the highest quality. However, there are a few things that have room for improvement. Firstly, at the 43rd floor lobby, there is no clear line up for check in, and the quests are not received in sequence. Moreover, as with many hotels in China, other quests often budge in while you are being served and are very rude. There were children running around at the lobby, one of them was even on a Segway. In my opinion these events really down graded the hotel’s image. But C’est la vie au Chinois I guess.
