Room is dark and uncomfortable, staff unfriendly

辦理入住的前台員工完全不知道在幹什麼, 又慢, 又出錯, 而且態度也很差, 到主管出來時幫忙才能順利入住. 訂的是兩床標間但只能給我會大床房, 睡得很不舒服. 退房時想讓前台員工幫忙召的士但被敷衍拒絕, 直到等了十分鐘也截不到我們再回前台剛巧有另一員工他願意幫我們召, 還說這邊是很難截的士的.... 真心差!

酒店房間跟相片顯示的完全不同，非常殘舊，連服務員的衣服都好像沒有洗淨，不要受騙，唯一可取的只有厠所沒有異味，還算乾淨。
