The hotel reception staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and size is not too small but not very big. Actually the room is fine for us. Only the shower place in the bath room has water leakage problem after taking shower, and made the bath room floor very wet and slippery. I have also purchase breakfast from the hotel. The breakfast place is super full and need to line up for table for around 5-8 mins until next table available. The environment is good but no service at all. Even we tried to asking restaurant staff for help, they try to ignore us many times until we insist they come to help us. Our table got no tissue paper, no teaspoon for coffee/tea and we couldn't find any these items from buffet bench as well. Super self-service buffet breakfast and do not expect from a 5-stars hotel. Overall is ok except the dining experience.

The property provided excellent service, but the rooms are old and not very clean. The property does not reflect the price charged. Upon checking the room first room had an overwhelming mold smell. We asked to be moved to another room on the 12th floor-it also smelled of mold. Then we went to a room on the 16th floor. There was no odor, but the room had a lot of black mold in the sink and shower that was still there after housekeeping came to clean. The next day we spoke to a manager, Joe, who was very helpful. We went to a larger room on the executive floor. It was just okay. Also mold in the room. I have been to Renaissance before and the rooms at Louho need major upgrading. The revolving restaurant was excellent, clean and the food was delicious. Again, excellent service, but I would not return unless there are updates.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and modern hotel. The property is conveniently located with easy access to a nearby shopping center, offering plenty of dining options and entertainment within walking distance. The hotel also features a currency exchange machine on-site, which was very convenient for travelers. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and the staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist.
