It is located in the heart of the city. Nice restaurants are all in the walking distance. The room is moderately spacious with an excellent view. Breakfast is nice. It a buffet but they present it as quasi-a la carte, which is quite interesting.

Very good experience in Park Hyatt. Room are spacious and nicely decorated. The service is really good, staff is very caring and speak perfect English. Location is good and the view amazing. Definitely one of the best hotel in Shenzhen.

Comfortable clean and convenient.

Really comfortable stay for a family of 4 ( 1 baby and 1 toddler). They have even have slippers and toiletries ready for the kids! Location was extremely convenient. Walkable distance to major shopping areas and kids entertainment areas. Would definitely stay here again when in SZ.

A home away from home

welcoming place, with modern rooms and beautifully designed ambients (Lounge, Restaurants, Lobby) it is very likely to please.also the most.damding guests. The staff is really amazing, the food and the drinks are really good. So glad I choose this place. If I come back, this is the one I will always come back to. Also the location is very convenient, with one of the largest shopping malls nearby.

NYE 2024/25 Staycation

We spent New Year's Eve and two additional days at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the seamless check-in process to the incredible amenities like the free sauna, hot and cold pools, steam room, and beautifully maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The morning buffet was a highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly curated. A big thank you to the reception team led by Chris for their warm hospitality and to Edison and the breakfast team for their impeccable service. This was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!

Best stay in Shenzhen

Love the service, experience, and cleanliness of the hotel. Absolutely outstanding. The staff was very polite and pleasant. The room was very tidy and spacious. The overall setting of the room is perfect, have the toilet being separated from the shower room is a plus. Have stayed in other hotels in Shenzhen. However, this is one of the best I've stayed and would absolutely go back again. :)

Exceptional experience

Overall very high quality as you can expect from a Park Hyatt hotel, but it is the breakfast which surprised us. Location is right next to Coco Park. I think this should be the best hotel in Shenzhen. Highly recommend!
