櫃檯很好但缺點是我當時跟他問了退房時間，他跟我說12點但我記得我可以晚退房的之後給他了房間號碼但櫃檯也沒特別查，我之後是透過我的app查到的。 打掃的阿姨真的很愛近房間，我也兩天掛不要打擾，但回到房間會發現毛巾被收了或者衛生紙被折過。 然後阿姨還不小心丟了我吃到一半的甜點，然後跟櫃檯說，櫃檯只跟我說沒找到，沒有丟掉，之後我追問才說要退錢….但我很確定我東西放在桌子上沒有丟…. 櫃檯的樣子太少了，每天早上都會沒位子坐 早餐是普通但多樣性不夠…..吃兩次就膩了吧😂
