服務態度不錯，但住宿品質很差

缺點 1.霉味很重，反應後提供了一台空氣清淨機，效果不大但總比沒有好 2.房間清潔不佳，疑似被咬全身癢，影響睡眠品質 3.房間天花板沒有屋頂燈，整間房間非常昏暗，只有浴室很亮，不適合商務出差 4.wifi好像只能使用在房間內提供的手機，電腦要使用網路處理一下公事時真不知道該怎處理 優點 前台服務很好，會幫忙叫車 附近晚上吃的選擇也很多

노숙할뻔...

늦은시간 방문했는데 갑자기 예약이 취소되었다고 하니..어이가 없어서 ..다시 확인해 보라고 했더니 본인이 알아서 하라는 말에 정말 화가 났답니다.중국어를 못했다면 객지에서 노숙할뻔 했어요..큰소리로 무슨 서비스를 이렇게 하냐고 했더니 그제서야 확인하고 key를 주더라구요..청결도는 좋은편이고 주워 로컬 음식점이 있어서 그건 좋더라구요..여하튼 현지 결제하고 가는호텔은 미리 연락을 해봐야할것같아요

难以置信的差

新换的地毯，刺鼻的甲醛味道。房顶漏水，涂料剥落。早餐难吃，长发服务员站门口说笑，头发都碰到后面的食物。不过可以外面去吃，因为酒店位置热闹。前台服务员热情礼貌，晚上值班的男生冷淡不负责。前前后后在房间打死4只蟑螂。

不懂先前旅客為何覺得旅館很亁淨？裝璜陳舊品質明顯不佳多有毀損未更新，無論大廳、電梯或走道的地毯走道都有大塊可能無法清除的污漬，早餐餐廳的盤子明顯隨便洗洗，菜餚雖多但隨便擺盤，基本上不是個重視門面和清潔的酒店，下次絕對不會入住。
