The property isn't as luxurious as it looks in the photos, but it's very functional and the location is excellent. The rooms are in better condition than the lobby and reception area. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. The staff is very friendly. If you're going in the summer, look for a hotel with a pool.

Outstanding experience in Shenzhen

This was our 4th stay at this hotel, and it is always our 1st choice when we are staying in Shenzhen. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is awesome - a great experience, every time! The hotel was very accommodating and welcoming they upgraded us for our wedding anniversary. We also had the breakfast which had a lot of variety of food which was lovely. It’s around the corner from the metro and also dongmen pedestrian street too which makes this a great hotel location!
