Had an amazing experience staying here for 2 nights last weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even offered to upgrade my room for free. The hotel is in the center of the city and easy to get to pretty much everywhere. The room is extremely clean and comfy, I’d highly recommend this place if you ever plan to visit Shenzhen.

Good hotel but need improvement.

hotel room is a bit old but conformable and clean. Staffs are friendly. Door bellman doesn't know the restaurants around the area. Day arrived was cold but air-condition didn't have heat. I asked for a portable heat but it didn't work. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

As Muslims it is very difficult when having breakfast because there is no distinction between Halal Food and Non-Halal food. We saw that same spoons and tongs were used for multiple dishes (both for halal and non halal dishes). Some of the dishes at the breakfast buffet was not labeled. My room is big enough for 4 persons. It is neat and tidy. The room is a bit hot as we are unable to change the ventilation from hot to cooling mode.

The room was not ready for us to check in. We arrived around 3pm. The room was not ready. We waited until 5:30pm but still not ready. We can only go out for dinner first and when we returned at 10:30pm, it was ready. They apologized by sending a fruit plate only. They offered a late checkout but we didn’t need it. The service is really disappointing. If they kept extending the checkout time to apologize unable to checkin, it will become a vicious cycle. This is Hilton, not some random 2star hotel.
