I had a pleasant stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Shenzhen. Firstly, I like the cyber atmosphere and unique rock-themed style which created an exciting feeling. Secondly, the staffs were exceptionally helpful and willing to answer my enquiries, guiding my family how to go to the sport centre nearby. However, I was disappointed with the limited dining options available on-site, which are too expensive for me, which made me had to walk about 5 minutes to dining in the nearby shopping mall. In general speaking, it was a memorable stay, but improvements in dining variety would enhance the experience.

The location of the hotel is great. With a big shopping mall with loads of restaurants just across the street. The rooms are clean and tidy with a big bathtub. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.
